GES is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Digital Transformation division. As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO to drive the company’s revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Identify target market segments and key potential clients for Digital Transformation.
  • Build a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target companies to promote GES’s B2B offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of eCommerce Digital transformation.
  • Sales team management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the product and Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.

Qualifications
  • More than 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B software industry
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Post Graduate in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing Preferred
