- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in North America or the Middle East.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and drive results.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

- More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B software industry
