Solution

A detailed eCommerce consulting assignment was carried out to make stakeholders understand why the brand needs an uplift from Magento 1.6 to Magento 1.9.2. Also part of the consulting was many aesthetic changes to target Sakhi’s brand among new age women. The consulting helped Sakhi take the next step towards rebranding the entire eCommerce to 1.9. Major activities as part of new development:

  • Developed a brand new modern design responsive multicountry eCommerce
  • Integrated in-store loyalty module from PoS to Magento
  • Developed custom Blouse designer module, for customers to design their own blouse matching with the Saree
