As the Head of Sales at Gravity, you will be instrumental in spearheading revenue growth and bolstering our market footprint in North America or the Middle East. Leading a dynamic sales team, you'll craft strategic sales initiatives and cultivate robust client relationships to surpass sales targets and propel business triumph. Our ambitious revenue goal stands at $40 million USD.

Mandatory Skills

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in North America or the Middle East.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and drive results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and product enhancement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy development.

  • More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B software industry
  • Strong understanding of the North American or Middle Eastern market landscape, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
