Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach across various product lines.
- Brand Management: Oversee and strengthen the Gravity brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Development: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote Gravity’s Enterprise products and technology consulting services.
- Digital Marketing: Drive online visibility and engagement through effective digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience, establishing Gravity as a thought leader in the industry.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to guide strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Mandatory Skills
- Design and Develop Custom Odoo Applications: Utilize your expertise to design and develop custom Odoo applications that align with specific business requirements, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance, to identify and implement innovative solutions that meet organizational objectives.
- Maintain and Upgrade Existing Odoo Applications: Conduct ongoing maintenance and upgrades of existing Odoo applications to guarantee optimal performance, incorporating necessary enhancements and improvements.
- Efficient Technical Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical issues during the development and maintenance phases, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentor and Train Junior Developers: Take an active role in mentoring and training junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the Odoo development domain.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Odoo Framework Developments: Remain abreast of the latest developments in the Odoo framework and related technologies, incorporating newfound knowledge into ongoing projects..
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in marketing roles, with a focus on technology and B2B solutions.
- Strong understanding of the IT consulting and product development landscape.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
- Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
