Job Description

Gravity Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of the HR function. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Gravity’s business goals and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Gravity’s overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, employee development, and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and oversee onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration process for new hires.
Employee Development and Training:
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Employee Relations:
  • Proactively address employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Implement policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and promote fairness.
Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
HR Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure the company’s HR practices are compliant.
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Benefits Administration:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefits offerings.
Qualifications
  • Ability to influence people and grow team
  • Proven experience more than 5 years as an HR Manager
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring for remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
